Debra Williams, CFE



Ms. Williams is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with experience in identifying potential problems in existing databases through an extensive query analysis. In her most recent role, she is responsible for detecting, preventing and deterring proprietary, contract, and procurement Fraud. Ms. Williams has proven that she is very successful in determining the extent of problems through sampling, data mining and analysis. She also does due diligence by performing primary and secondary source verification with special emphasis on fraud and criminal concerns and discrepancies. Ms. Williams' goal is to ensure high quality standards are maintained always.

Prior to this role, Ms. Williams served as a Lead Counterterrorism Analyst and Training Team Lead for a Government Client. She was tasked with providing several facets of USG counterterrorism programs with critical real-time research and analysis. She contributed information to the Intelligence Community on potential terrorist threats and performed research and analysis on data and wrote reports, adhering to tight time lines and strict quality guidelines. She was a Lead All Source Analyst, the Lead Trainer and Training Manager for a program with over 260 analysts. She received her certification as U.S. Government Certified Level One Instructor and obtained an Instructional Designer/Developer Certification. She coordinated with functional managers to ensure successful implementation and tracking of training and development initiatives. Ms. Williams received numerous awards from the client for her outstanding contributions to the program and this country.

Ms. Williams was employed by the United States Secret Service for years where she was tasked with providing security controls to reduce and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities to designated Secret Service protectees to include the President, Vice President and their families, Foreign Heads of States, and protected facilities to include data and communications systems. She also exercised post vigilance by reporting potential threats through observation of persons, surroundings and intelligence information per established protective procedures and guidelines within established time frames. She completed the USSS Counter Surveillance and Detection Course and has received many other awards and recognition during her tenure.
